Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Orders received before 1pm PST will ship same day. Excluding full pallet orders and custom freight options. Orders received after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For custom freight options please call 1-877-377-2337 and we will work with to find the best freight option(s) for you.

International Shipping

We are a proud Canadian Company and at this time we only ship within Canada.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to PO Boxes. If there are no freight options available at the checkout please contact us at 1-877-377-2337 and we will assist you in completing your order.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event your order arrives damaged please contact us at info@repacproducts.com with your order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible. We will address these on a case by case basis working towards a satisfactory solution.
